recipe

2 small beetroot
1 small carrot
grate carrot and beetroot
quarter to half tsp chopped mint
1tsp wholegrain mustard
quarter cup balsamic vinegar
quarter cup apple cider vinegar
quarter cup olive oil mix together
put in fridge and use as a dressing or topping salads chicken sandwiches
